Come and join the POEMS Stock Challenge, a trading simulation competition organized by Phillip Securities. The competition will be conducted through simulation of the POEMS trading account, and POEMS stock trading interface, with participants having access to stock research, stock search, charting and technical analysis tools. For realism, it will further be based on the Singapore Exchange (SGX), with the same opening and closing hours and stock prices.

If you are interested in becoming a part of the game, please register with us by 30 September. Our booth will be available from 11am to 3pm on Wednesday, 2nd September at NUS Central Library walkway or Friday, 4th September outside LT19, NUS School of Business to facilitate registrations and entertain any queries you may have.

In addition, a seminar will be conducted at 6pm on Monday, 7th September at LT17 for potential participants to get familiar with the conduct and rules of the competition, learn to use POEMS Trading Platform and its tools and to pick up certain strategies they could employ during the game. There will further be an introduction to stock trading, covering the basics of stock picks, investment tips, analysis of company fundamentals and qualitative analysis of stocks.
